My understanding of leadership

1. Leadership is really important.

4. Everyone can be a leader.

5. However, a good leader takes training and practice.

6. Without passion, how far can you go?

7. Without confidence, how well can you go?

8. Leadership not only involves planning, but also taking action.

9. A good leader should often look back, reflect, and make progress.

10. There are different type of leadership. Global leadership means develping a global perspective with the leadership knowledge and skills. This perspective further benefits the global innovation and market. Entrepreneurial leadership is about leading a group of people to a common goal using entrepreneurial knowledge, such as risk analysis. Community leadership describes the leadership roles related to the communities.
